Spot Registrations

• Spot registrants will be limited in nature.
• Only cash payments would be accepted for spot registrations.
• Spot registrants are not guaranteed the conference kit.

Accompanying Persons

• The category ‘Accompanying Person’ includes only spouse, children and other dependent family members.
• Children below 5 years are exempt from registration fees. However, the registration details must be filled in the form along with that of the delegate.

Senior Members

• Senior IPS members above the age of 65 years are entitled for free registration. Please make sure that the duly filled Registration Form reaches the Conference Secretariat on or before 31st October 2011.

PG Student

• The category ‘PG Student’ is applicable to students pursuing Postgraduate Courses (MD/DNB/DPM) in psychiatry only.
• To be eligible, a PG student must send a letter of recommendation from her/ his Head of Department.
